On Holiday

For anyone still keeping track, William is here now, I've finished up in the orphanages, and we're officially on vacation. It was very sad saying goodbye to the kids in the orphanage (especially little Tram) and my friends in Da Nang yesterday. Misa and Tram claim (through a number of only somewhat intelligible emails) that they are going to come out to visit us here in Hoi An tomorrow. I'm not banking on those crazy girls making it here and finding us on Tram's motorbike, but there's a chance.

We are relaxing at the fancy resort I stayed in two weeks ago (or was that last weeK?) It feels weird to suddenly be a tourist again; I'm so glad I got a chance to get a little more involved in Da Nang before we started down the tourist trail. It's a great place to explore as a tourist--don't get me wrong--it just feels really different.

William arrived with a new camera courtesy of my mom--thanks mom!--so tomorrow we'll upload some pictures of our goodbyes at the orphanage and William's birthday adventure in Da Nang. Right now I've got to catch up on some sleep...
